Shipping and processing

Maggie's Farm and Aromatics products are made, packed, and shipped from Chillicothe, Ohio.

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Custom, personalized, event, wholesale, or larger made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be communicated when applicable.

Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $35+ after discounts with code FREESHIP35.

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, forwarding issues, or incorrect-address delivery problems may be outside our control.

In-store pickup is available at 72 N. Paint St, Chillicothe, OH 45601. Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours. Custom orders may take longer. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before coming to the store. Pickup hours are Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and Sunday, noon–4 p.m.
