Echinacea: can help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.
Lavender: A mild sedative for nervousness, nervous exhaustion and insomnia, depression, headaches and for digestive relief.
St. John’s Wort: depression and conditions that sometimes go along with depression such as anxiety, tiredness, loss of appetite and trouble sleeping.
